Online Returns
At The Modern Dock, we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Items purchased via gift cards will receive an equivalent gift card credit in return.
2. Returns
We offer refunds within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective from the manufacturer.
3. Refund Process
To submit a return request:
Submit a form through your purchasing link or reach out to info@themoderndock.com.
We will generate a return shipping label for you. Please do not send us items on your own as the shipping label generates a tracking link that we use.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
