Standard Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are subject to product availability. Once the item is available to ship, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are then shipped via UPS or FedEx standard ground service.
Delivery Time:
UPS and FedEx Standard Delivery Services typically take 7-10 business days to deliver after the product has left their facility.
Payment:
Payment for products will be processed at the time of purchase. This ensures that your order is secured and will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 14 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Please contact us immediately at info@themoderndock.com for assistance.
International Shipping Policy
Duties and Taxes:
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes required by their country of origin. The cost of our products and shipping charges may not cover all fees associated with international shipments. The receiver of the package is responsible for ensuring that the goods comply with local laws and regulations and for paying any additional costs for customs clearance. The Modern Dock is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Delivery Time:
International shipping delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please plan for, and allow additional time for your package to be delivered.
